Peer Review Policy

The International Conference on Games Based Learning (ICGBL) ensures the highest quality of scientific proceedings through a rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review process. All submissions (Full Papers, Short Papers, and Posters) are evaluated by members of the International Program Committee and invited experts. This system ensures that the conference program is composed of high-quality research that advances the state-of-the-art in educational games and gamification.

Evaluation Stages

Stage 1: Pre-Screening Plagiarism check & scope relevance by the chairs.
Stage 2: Technical Review At least 2 reviewers evaluate the technical contribution.
Stage 3: Revision Authors improve papers based on committee feedback.
